This is a very wonderful fruit forward coffee from the country of Burundi.  Burundi is located in Africa.  Natural process refers to the act of drying the coffee beans (which are technically seeds) in the whole coffee fruit.  It allows for greater complexity and depth of flavor and a fuller body in the roasted coffee, creating a very unique and appetizing tasting experience.
