El Salvador Calera is our first full natural processed coffee in quite some time. Mario Valiente and family have been focused on creating innovative processing methods on their farm. Calera offers coffees processed along the full spectrum from washed to natural and take great pride in each of their offerings. We think the extra effort has paid off and we were drawn to the full natural version which is rich and full flavored. We get classic berry notes as well as a syrupy body and heavy cream throughout.
