Story:

Ethiopia is the origin of Arabica Coffee, which is one of two main species of coffee consumed throughout the world.  For the most part, specialty coffees are only Arabica coffees, but there are some rare exceptions.  This coffee is a naturally processed coffee, meaning the cherry around the coffee seed (that we call the coffee bean) is left on during the processing of the cherry.   This makes the coffee bean more complex, and heavier in fruit tasting qualities.
