Meet Guatemala El Sendero. It is a washed process Guatemala from the Huehuetenango region. The lot is produced by Carlos Lucas, consisting of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties. Its grown at 1900 masl. Its a really nice cup. One of the cleanest Guatemala Dessert Oasis has tasted this season. Look for some really nice orange sherbet tasting notes, like very truly, honestly, its like a flintstones push pop. Remember those? Those were the jam. Also look for some notes of lychee and coconut. A great coffee to start the Fall with!
