Roasted medium-dark for those that enjoy a bolder cup and something to stand up to rich, creamy desserts. Taman Dadar means “flower garden” and describes the way the coffee plants are colorfully grown among other native plants. This coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the villages of Curah Tatal and Kayumas on the ljen Plateau in eastern Java. The farmers have utilized organic farming techniques for generations and are organic certified. We are using it in our Turkish Coffee brewing method. Enjoy!
